At (4) years of age Moises began singing. He was born in Tijuana Baja California, and because of his love for music, it has taken him on a journey around the country, and twenty years later he’s still on the same path. His dedication to writing, and his vocal ability have prepared him for a time such as this.
Among those who have inspired Moises are Mozart and Billy Joel to name a few. His father Juan De Dios Quiñones and Mother Manuelita Rincon have been from the beginning his greatest supporters, and his brother is one of his best friends. Although his parents wanted him to become an engineer or lawyer, they encouraged him to leave home at an early age to follow is dream as a solo artist in Mexico City that lasted for five years.
Moises has always been intrigued with various cultures and international food, which has influenced his flare and taste for music. The water is a place where he goes to meditate, and it denotes his favorite color blue. Among his hobbies are reading, writing, chess, and he appreciates a good game of soccer.
His ultimate goal is to establish the highest standard in Latin music. Moises envisions himself as an innovator and a pioneer. His lyrics are thought provoking, and as a vocalist he elevates and inspires his audience. He continues to perfect his gifts and talents as a writer, an actor and a producer. From the beginning, Moises’ love and dedication to and for music (especially classical) has driven him to develop his vocal skills and song writing at noted learning institutions such as:

Musicals in El Paso, Texas - Moises was one of 50 dancers and singers.
Producer Sergio Andrade - Moises worked with him for three years. During that time, Andrade helped produce his first album entitled “Ino cente”, Carlos Yargas was the song writer
Moises dedicated all of these years to become the solo artist that he is today. During this time he wrote 25-30 Jingles for radio spots in Mexico City.

Moises met Howard Mac, who agreed to produce two songs for him. Unfortunately, Mac’s schedule did not permit him to do so.
Moises met Whitney Arceneaux III, his present manager, while performing at “Platinum Live”. Arceneaux introduced him to Steven Francis, producer, and Johnny and Irene Rogers, producers (ABF Productions) and the rest is history.
